The view over the mexican gulf and the location towards all kind of faclities. A great place to be!
We don't like the doormat, because it wasn't very clean.

Location, location, location. Having coffee & breakfast on balconey over looking the gulf = marvelous!
Staffing issues. The hotel is only staffed during daylight hours. Wish there was more security at night. Hotel keys. It is the 21st century. Need to change keys to the new locks with cards! Our key didn't work one day & it took an hour to get in room.

Good value on the beach. Beach is quite wide at this point (1/8 mile) but the views of the sunsets are pricless. Nothing extravagant but clean and comfortable.
This location is for sure a beach location with all the tacky beach stores around. Lack of quality restaurants but Publix down the street provided good groceries for eating in.

The parking needs to be rearranged.

I really liked the location of the hotel, everything was in walking distance or there was a shuttle close by
The only thing I didnt like was the fact we needed to rent lounge chairs/cabanas for use on the beach directly behind the hotel. I thought with the money they charge per night, they should give vouchers for the chairs/cabanas.

The Suites are spaceous and clean. I have stayed here several times. The advantage of staying at a condo hotel, is you can enjoy the meals you want at the room, or if you prefer, eat out. My suggestions for eating out, The Blue Parrot on Corey Circle In St Pete Beach, or Sloppy Joes at the Bilmar. The hotel has two gas barbques for guest to use.
In this particular unit, the beds in both bedrooms, had what appeared to be a 4" foa rubber padding. I prefer a firm mattress

We loved the location. It was beautiful and relaxing to wake up and see the beach. The condo itself was fantastic - everything we needed was there including extra blankets, towels and pillows. We were very comfortable, and enjoyed having a second bedroom for the children. They allowed us to move our car and continue to enjoy the pool and beach access even after our Sunday check-out.
There was an obnoxious party happening that Saturday night - obviously an uncle or adult, male family friend was getting about 8 boys quite rowdy - cannon-balling into the pool just in front of our 6-year-old and throwing a football over her head. When we chose to head down to the beach they chose that exact time, too - football and all. Nothing you can do about rude people, but it did put a little damper on our moods for a bit that evening! At least they slept late on Sunday so it was peaceful then.
